Ceramic Non-Stick Technology CasaWare's Ceramic Non-Stick Technology provides a Greater Baking Experience. Our pans feature a non-stick ceramic coating that is both durable and easy to clean, with a heat tolerance of up to 450°F. The carbon steel construction is aluminum-free, and the food slides off easily with just a wipe or soft scrub.

Use and Care Instructions Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils are recommended, as sharp objects or metal utensils can scratch the non-stick surface. Cool completely before washing, and hand wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleansers or liquid dish soap in warm water. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher.
