The commercial-quality cake pan offered meets the highest standards in terms of performance and durability. This set of pans is constructed with the same features found in the industry's finest pans. The thick aluminized steel provides superior heat transfer, corrosion and rust resistance, as well as excellent durability. The thickness of each pan is based on years of performance data to ensure perfectly even heat distribution and a lifetime of use. Steel wire has been added to the pan rims for extra strength and resistance to warping.

Our Platinum bakeware is manufactured using 65% recycled steel. The unique fluted design with corrugated construction maximizes strength and impact resistance, while also resisting warping and denting that can occur with use. The textured surface allows for airflow under baking food, resulting in beautifully even overall results and easy release every time.

Additionally, the eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. This is the most advanced coating available, as no other surface releases food and cleans up more easily. Hand washing with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or nylon pad is recommended. Ensure to rinse and pat dry thoroughly. Only silicon, nylon or wooden tools should be used, and cutting in the pan or using sharp metal utensils is not advised. The pans should not be heated beyond 450°F, and they should be washed before the first use.
