The USA Pan Pullman Loaf Pan and Cover is designed to provide home bakers with an easy way to bake the perfect, fine-grained square breads for a variety of uses. With a baking surface area of 9 x 4 x 4 inches, this versatile set of 2 pans can accommodate recipes that call for 3 to 4 cups of flour, including sandwiches, French toast, Pain de mie, Japanese milk bread, and quick breads.

The Pullman Loaf Pan and Cover features a sliding lid that is designed to ensure the rising bread dough will swell uniformly into a flat top, resulting in delicious square yeast breads with a flaky, golden-brown crust and nice, even square sides that are perfect for cutting into beautifully uniform slices.

The pans are constructed with aluminized steel and heavy-gauge steel, allowing for even heat distribution and maximum service life. The steel wire in the rim provides extra strength and resistance to warping, ensuring the pans are long-lasting and durable. Additionally, the pans are finished with USA Pan's proprietary AMERICOAT Plus non-stick silicone coating, which is PTFE, PFOA, and BPA-free, allowing for easy release and quick clean-up.

To remove the Pullman Pan Cover, simply hold the pan so that the cover's edge that curls up is facing you, and with the palm of your other hand, tap the curled edge so that the cover slides away from you. To replace the cover, slide it over the top edge of the pan, starting with the edge that curls up, and ensure that the small indentation on the cover locks into place to prevent it from moving during baking.

The outer pan dimensions are 10.5 x 4.75 x 4 inches, and hand washing is recommended for easy clean-up in hot soapy water, with a maximum recommended baking temperature of 450°F.
